Open Modules, preview the lecture, publish or request changes.

  4. 4

    Students see published content

Only approved content appears in the student player.

Workflow C. Homework loop

Assign → submit → review.

Create homework for the active cohort.

  2. 2

Approve or send back for revision.

From module completion to issued credential.

    Finish required lectures and homework.

  2. 2

    Tutor grades

Enter scores on Certificates and submit to admin.

  3. 3

    Admin approves

Approve for certificate path or reject to transcript path.

  4. 4

    Student collects

Download or view credentials from My Courses. Pay certificate fee if required.

Workflow E. Day-two admin ops

Keep the institute running after launch.

  • Rename modules carefully so tutor and student assignments stay in sync.
  • Archive cohorts instead of deleting when history must remain.
  • Use Broadcast for institute announcements.
  • Reconcile Payments for pending enrollments.
  • Update branding in Settings before marketing pushes.
